Returns and Replacements
Making a return or an exchange with us is very easy 🤗 You just need to go into our Return Portal and follow the steps.
📦 Returns: If you need to make a return, we offer a returns service through our Return Portal . You must return the product at your own expense, using the carrier of your choice. All returns must be sent to our warehouse in Spain whose address you will find on our Return Portal .
Please note that, as it is not a service offered by us, we cannot assume the risk on the returned package when it refers to causes not attributable to Kalk, so we recommend you keep a proof of shipment.
📦 Exchanges: If you need to make an exchange, you must process it as a return. Make a shipment with any carrier to the address provided in our Return Portal and place a new order. These return costs will not be borne by Kalk.
💸 Refund: We will process the refund of your returned items to the same payment method used in your original purchase. The return period is 14 days from the day of the package reception.
