SHIPMENT
- Our orders have an estimated delivery time of 24/72 hours (for Spain and Portugal, rest of countries see chart below). The estimated delivery time may be affected in the event that your order contains products in pre-order or during promotional periods (such as Sales, Black Friday, Christmas...)
- Orders shipped to Mexico will ship once a week with an estimated delivery time of 7 to 14 working days.
- Once your order ships, you can track it using the “Order Tracking” section, by entering your e-mail and the order number we provided in the order confirmation e-mail.
- For shipments to Spain, the courier company responsible for the distribution and transport of all our orders is Correos. In case of absence at the time of delivery, the messenger will contact you to agree a schedule that best suits your preferences. If the delivery does not occur in any case, your order will be deposited for collection at your local Post Office.
- Any order that shows signs of damage, tampering, or having been opened must be immediately refused by the customer at the time of delivery and reported to us via our Contact Form. If the order cannot be refused at that moment, the customer must file a claim with the carrier on the same day of delivery or, at the latest, within 24 hours, attaching clear photographs showing the condition of the shipment.
Without the required documentation, the claim process cannot be initiated. - Inside the parcel you will find each one of the items in its respective packaging, usually each piece is individually packaged.
- Occasionally, shipments to countries outside the EU may incur additional fees and taxes, which in all cases will be the responsibility of the buyer. In Kalk we commit ourselves to carry out the procedures by preparing the necessary paperwork for the corresponding customs management.
- You will find below a chart showing the shipping costs and delivery times for each different country. Please, have in mind that free shipping will not apply if the grand total of your order does not reach the minimum amount required for free shipping, once you apply a discount or promotion.

Customs and International Shipping
Orders are shipped from Spain and may be subject to customs duties or tariffs, depending on the destination country.
The customer is responsible for paying these charges and for collecting the order on time. If these steps are not completed, the package may be held, abandoned, or destroyed.
In cases of voluntary non-collection or failure to pay customs duties and taxes, the order will not be refundable under any circumstances. In such cases, the brand is exempt from any obligation to issue a refund or resend the order.
In accordance with Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and the Spanish Civil Code (Articles 1091, 1254, 1258, and 1461), the right of withdrawal does not apply if the customer has not received the product due to reasons attributable to them, such as refusal of delivery or failure to pay the required customs duties.
In any of these cases, shipping costs will not be refunded. If the order benefited from a free shipping promotion, the equivalent of the standard shipping cost according to the destination country will be deducted from the refundable amount.
