Exchanges and Returns

All orders can be returned within 14 days of receipt. Return options and procedures differ depending on the delivery location. Details for each return type are outlined below.

1. Refund to Original Payment Method

When selecting a refund to the original payment method, your refund will be issued once the return has been received and processed. Please note that, depending on the return option selected, return shipping costs (label) and additional return fees may apply.

Return label fees by country:
· Spain & Portugal: €5.99
· Belgium, France, Italy, Luxembourg, Germany, Netherlands: €14.99
· You may also organise the return shipment independently at your own cost.

Exchange return fees (for items returned after an exchange):
· Spain & Portugal: €11.97
· Belgium, France, Italy, Luxembourg, Germany, Netherlands: €19.99

United Kingdom: A return label is provided and customs are handled by us. A fee of £17.50 GBP will be deducted from your refund.

Rest of the EU: Return labels are not provided. Customers must arrange and cover the return shipping costs. All items must be sent directly to our warehouse in Spain.

Rest of the world: Customers must arrange and cover return shipping. An administrative fee of €15 will be deducted from the refund to cover customs handling. 

Please note that the return rate indicated for Portugal applies only to mainland Portugal and does not include the Portuguese islands. For Madeira, the Azores, and other Portuguese islands, the “Rest of the World” shipping rate will apply.

 

* Return Fees

Return fees apply to all orders where a refund to the original payment method is requested, regardless of the return method selected or the country of return.

· Up to two items per order may be returned without additional return fees.
· From the third returned item onwards, a fee of €2 per additional item will apply.

2. Gift Card + 15% Extra Credit (Selected Countries Only)

If your order was delivered to one of the following countries: Spain, Portugal, Belgium, France, Italy, Luxembourg, Germany, Netherlands, you may choose an alternative refund method and receive a Gift Card for the value of your returned items + 15% extra credit.

Benefits of this option:

· Free return label included.
· No return fees, regardless of the number of items returned.
· Gift Cards are valid for 1 year from the date of issue and can be reused.

3. Size Exchange

Eligible countries: Spain, Portugal, Belgium, France, Italy, Luxembourg, Germany and Netherlands.

· Each order is entitled to one free size exchange, subject to stock availability.
· Model or color changes are not available.
· We will provide a free return label.
· Your new size will be shipped at no extra cost.
· If you wish to return the exchanged item, the following fees will be deducted from your refund:
         ·  Spain & Portugal: €11.97 / Other eligible countries listed above: €19.99.
· For countries outside the eligible list, size exchanges are not offered. Customers must process a return and place a new order. Please note that size exchanges with a free return label are only available for mainland Portugal and do not include the Portuguese islands. For Madeira, the Azores, and other Portuguese islands, the “Rest of the World” return conditions will apply.

• If your order included a 2x1 offer or a gift, you must return all items from the pack without exception.
• Condition matters: All returned items must be in perfect condition, unused, and in their original packaging, including accessories or gifts.
• Protect your package and use appropriate packaging. The return label should not be attached directly to the original product packaging to avoid depreciation. A €5 fee will be deducted for the box and €3 for any other damaged or missing accessory.
• Print and attach the return slip: You will receive this document by email after confirming the return on our portal. It must be included inside the package to correctly register your return.
• We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet these conditions.

Processing Time

All refunds and exchanges will be processed within 14 days of receiving and validating the return.

Refund to the Original Payment Method

All refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the purchase. The refund will appear according to the processing times of the bank or provider, with an approximate maximum of 7 to 10 business days from approval.

Mixed payment: If more than one method was used when placing the order (for example, part with a Gift Card and part with a bank card) and you select refund to the original payment method, the Gift Card balance will be restored and you can spend it again. The refund will be applied in the same proportions as the payment was made. This benefit applies exclusively to Gift Cards as a payment method and excludes discount codes, coupons or vouchers, which are not considered a form of payment.

Refund via Gift Card

If this option is selected, a Gift Card will be generated with the corresponding amount and the code will be sent by email.

Size Exchange

If a size exchange is requested, a new order will be created and shipped once your return is received and validated by our staff. At that point, an email with the confirmation and tracking number will be sent.
