CUSTOMS AND INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Orders are shipped from Spain and may be subject to customs duties or tariffs, depending on the destination country.
The customer is responsible for paying these charges and for collecting the order on time. If these steps are not completed, the package may be held, abandoned, or destroyed.
In cases of voluntary non-collection or failure to pay customs duties and taxes, the order will not be refundable under any circumstances. In such cases, the brand is exempt from any obligation to issue a refund or resend the order.
In accordance with Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and the Spanish Civil Code (Articles 1091, 1254, 1258, and 1461), the right of withdrawal does not apply if the customer has not received the product due to reasons attributable to them, such as refusal of delivery or failure to pay the required customs duties. In any of these cases, shipping costs will not be refunded.
