Making a return or an exchange with us is very easy. You just need to go into our Return Portal and follow the steps. You have three different options to be refunded:
📦 Exchange: Available for orders placed in Spain, Portugal, Belgium, France, Italy, Luxembourg, Germany, Netherlands. You can choose another size or product from our website and we will ship it to you. The first exchange for size or items with the same price are free for you. The return period is 14 days from the day of the package reception.
For orders placed in the rest of the world, you will have to process the exchange as a return.

🎫 Gift card: We will send you a gift card with store credit for the amount of your returned items, valid for one year. This option is free and the return period is 14 days from the day of the package reception.
💸 Refund: We will process the refund of your returned items to the same payment method used in your original purchase. A return fee will be charged at this option. The return period is 14 days from the day of the package reception.
You may return bikini or swimsuit tops or bottoms individually. Up to 2 swimwear pieces can be returned without penalty. From the third piece onwards, a fee of €2 per additional item will be charged.
*Items purchased under promotions such as 2x1, 3x2 or with free gifts must be returned in full. Partial or incomplete returns will not be accepted.
