The Must Bag Off-White Kalk model is characterized by its medium and rectangular shape, and by its multi-position golden chain handle with tone-on-tone nappa leather detail: choose to hang it under the shoulder with a double handle to add sophistication to your look, or cross it with a full handle for greater comfort. Designed in synthetic nappa leather, it has a metallic piece with the brand's logo in gold on the front. Large capacity interior features zippered pocket and non-zippered pocket, plus branded label detail. Magnetic closure.

Returns and Replacements

Making a return or an exchange with us is very easy 🤗 You just need to go into our Return Portal and follow the steps. You have three different options to be refunded:

📦 Exchange: Available for orders placed in Spain, Portugal, Belgium, France, Italy, Luxembourg, Germany, Netherlands. You can choose another size or product from our website and we will ship it to you. The first exchange for size or items with the same price are free for you. The return period is 14 days from the day of the package reception.

For orders placed in the rest of the world, you will have to process the exchange as a return.

🎫 Gift card: We will send you a gift card with store credit for the amount of your returned items and non expiration date. This option is free and the return period is 14 days from the day of the package reception.

💸 Refund: We will process the refund of your returned items to the same payment method used in your original purchase. A return fee will be charged at this option. The return period is 14 days from the day of the package reception.
